Returns

We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery for unused, unopened items that are returned in their original packaging.

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used products, for reasons of health and hygiene protection.
  • Custom orders and bulk orders.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products obtained with a discount or promotion.

To initiate a return, please send an email to Support@drinkthrova.com within 60 days of delivery, stating your order number and the reason for the return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we confirm your refund for it to appear on your statement. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Items that have been opened, used, worn, or damaged through normal or improper use.
  • Orders that do not arrive or are incorrect due to factors within your control (for example, an incorrect shipping address).
  • Products purchased with a discount or promotional offer.

Cancellation Policy

We do not offer order cancellation once an order has been confirmed. As soon as your order is validated, it automatically goes into preparation.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing Support@drinkthrova.com with a clear photo of the damage.

We will review your claim and determine if you are eligible for a free replacement. Please note:

  • An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken upon arrival.
  • Damaged packaging during transport, where the product itself is in good condition, is not considered damage.
  • We do not offer refunds or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

We cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by the carrier or other unforeseen circumstances. If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact us at Support@drinkthrova.com and we will do our best to assist you.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier.

Fraud Prevention

We verify all billing and shipping addresses to ensure they match the information on file with the payment processor. We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity and may request additional information to verify a transaction. In the event of suspected fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify the customer immediately.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to review the most recent version before making any purchase. By purchasing and using Throva products, customers indicate their acceptance of this policy.
